CURBED BY a uniformed dress code, students of the 404-year-old campus of the University of Santo Tomas might be typecast as anything but babe-like. But underneath each college's regulation ensembles – a simple white blouse and blue skirt for arts and letters majors, immaculate whites for science studes, and dandy blazers for architecture undergrads – are some pretty statuesque stunners. So we've handpicked six Thomasian girls who stand out amid a sea of almost 40,000. Follow them on Instagram as well!
1. JESSEY DE LEON, BS Architecture (@jesseydeleon)
Between the jerseys and rubber shoes, this UST volleybelle has a keen eye for the creative arts. Her pageboy hair adds an edgy twist to her get-ups - and she looks darn great in a sweatshirt.
2. KARA GOZALI, Doctor of Medicine (@karagozali)
A doctor in the making, Kara is the resident it girl who has the looks (and real-life credentials) of a model. The PMAP (Professional Models Association of the Philippines) member can make simple pieces look sophisticated, and her witty Instagram captions indicate a smart mouth.
3. ANGEL YEO, AB Legal Management (@imangelyeo)
A runner-up in a recent TV model search, Angel takes inspiration from blogger Kryz Uy and has a taste for on-the-go fashion.
4. TRISH MOLINA, BS Architecture (@trishmolina)
She may not be a fashion blogger by profession but Trish often posts on-point OOTDs behind the scenes at different modeling events. Her beauty trademark? Her power brows.
5. CHESCA PAREDES, BS Travel Management (@chescaparedes)
"I don't blog," says Chesca's bio. But her car-selfies on Instagram suggest that she could.
